Ray has a friend who is very tight.

One day, he called when Ray wasn’t home. Giles answered the phone, but he wasn’t happy about it.

He said “If Ray isn’t in, please don’t answer the phone, as i need to pay for the communciation”
.
Giles also found out that he was using his wife’s phone to call to save money.

We use to go to Causeway Bay for lunch in the weekend. Today, when we were in the taxi home, Giles asked me to pull his finger as he wanted to break wind. I wanted to copy him for fun, but i did it very lound accidently. It was so embarassing. It make think of what Ray said to us. If you do that in England, people wouldn’t happy and complain about it.

However, Giles does it ofen in Shanghai and Hong kong. He did it once when he just went out the taxi. I saw the Taxi driver open the window and drove it away the taxi quickly.

That smell must be very bad.

One of Morgan’s friends loved money very much, and never gave anything to anybody. His name is Simon.

One day, Simon was walking near the river with his friends when he slipped and fell in. His friends ran to help him and one of them knelt on the ground , held out his hand and said ‘Give me your hand, and I will pull you out!’. Simon head went under the water and then came up again, but he did not give his friend his hand. Again another of his friends tied, but again the same thing happened.

Then Morgan said, ‘ Take my hand and I will pull you out!’ Simon took his hand and Morgan pulled him out of the water.

‘You don’t know our friend very well,’Margan said to the others. ‘when you say “Give” to him, he does nothing, but when you say “Take, he takes’.

One day when Hall was having a bath, he began to sing. The bathroom was small and had a stone floor, so his song was very beautiful, he thought.

‘Oh,’ he said,’I sing very well. I will sing to other people too, and perhaps I will become a famous singer, and everybody in the world will want to hear me.’

So after his bath, Hall went up on to the flat roof of the house and began to sing his song very loudly. But he did not like it very much when he sangt it there.

A man was walking across the square in front of the house, and when he heard Hall, he said, ‘ What are you doing? You are making a terrible noise. Nobody wants to hear it.’

‘Oh, you think so, do you?’ answered Hall. ‘ Well, I really sing very beautifully. Come to my bathroom and you will hear me.’

My friend met a girl in France when he was university student. She was a school teacher and lived with her sister in a small apartment.

They lived with her sister in a small room and the sister slept on the floor. It was not convenient for them at that moment to do something naughty.

One day, she drove with him and passed through a forest and said “Do you want to do something in the wood”. He didn’t understand what she meant at that time. He asked “Have you tried before” she replied “No”.

As she didn’t speak English very well, she wanted to say “Do you want to do something in the forest’ not do something with some wood.

My sister was in Shanghai with Giles. She taked care of Giles and went out wtih my Taiwanese friend sometimes.

One day, Giles asked my sister if she liked my friend. She said ‘She is OK. But, she is not good sex’.

Giles was surprised at what she said. In the end, he found out that my sister wanted to said that my fiend is too boney and skinny, so it doesn’t look very nice and sexy.

Since, my sister didn’t know to use the right English word and make a mistake with it.

I arrived in France on 09/05/2005 by myself and had lunch in a sea food resterant - La Criee, which is not far from my hotel ‘the Best Westin’.

Since I was very hungry and tired, I went into the resterant occationly.

It was very busy and many people was waiting for a table. I toke the photos in the end when it looked empty.

Lucky to have a nice seat quickly. However, the food was ok, it wasn’t as good as what I espected.

I was in France last week and stay in Fougeres for 4 days. There are some famous restaurant in the town.

We went to ‘Le Petit Aubergy’ on 11/05/2005 wtih Own, Yuki and Benoit. Here are the dishes we ordered.

The foods was really nice. We did enjoy it alot.
