My mini skirt

I went to shop recently and bought many nice clothes. I enjoy doing so.

Giles sold some paintings and paid for my birthday present which was a mini skirt.

What do you think about my mini skirt? It’s too short… I must look young by wearing it.

However, I haven’t worn the same type of skirt since many years and need to have more courage to go out with it on.

I’d like to show of Giles’ Artwork and his latest painting. His work is in the Shan Gallery, Lippo Centre in Admalirity (Opposite the road from Genki Sushi).

He recently sold his work to a HK Film Director and also sold last week in France.

I’m learning new English words all the time, some which are useful and some aren’t. When I go to England I find alot of the people are difficult to understand as they use made-up words and have different accents.

Let me share with you some new words I’ve learnt with an explanation:

Bugger = Means a naughty person.

Git = Stronger word than bugger, can also mean someone doesn’t spend money, like Tight Git.

Sod = You can say this to a cheeky child, like Little Sod.

Fart = You can say this word for an old guy, means an old fart.

Fuddy Duddy = Means a person who like old style of stuff.

You can then use these words with old, little, small etc., for example - Little sod or old git.

In China we say some people are like a pig - is a funny thing to call people since a pig likes to roll around and move it’s bum.

But I know for Westerners, it’s not nice to call someone a pig - so sometimes I keep quiet when I want to say they are similar to a silly pig
